You pay for two things:

• From €49 per month for the system. Matched to your number of shifts, never more than €149.
• €1.49 per scheduled shift. You pay for what actually runs, so in quiet months you naturally pay less.

Two examples: 2 trucks with 40 event days each and 2 shifts per day average €89 per month, 3 trucks average €109.

All your staff and events are included at no extra cost. You start with a free trial month and can cancel monthly after that. The calculator under Pricing shows roughly what it costs for you.

Yes. We do it custom:

• We look at your current data together.
• We agree a fee up front.
• You start in a working environment, without transferring everything yourself.

Yes. You set up yourself:

• your shift types and the fields per type
• the rules used to create shifts
• your rates

The system follows your workflow, not the other way around. The senior and junior shifts on this site are just an example. During onboarding we help you align the setup to your operation.

Yes, you can cancel every month. If you leave, you get all your data back as CSV files.

• Own database: each client has its own fully separated database. Other clients' data is technically unreachable.
• In Europe: the database runs in a European data centre.
• Only for the service: we only use your data to deliver Flooptimize.

Flooptimize replaces that entire chain. A job you create automatically becomes the basis for planning, briefing, hours, and payout, without duplicate entry.

Yes. We're working on:

• integrations with payroll systems (NMBRS, AFAS)
• an accounting integration
• a native app for iOS and Android

We build new integrations based on concrete customer requests. We don't promise what isn't there yet, but we're happy to think along.
